FeCrAl Heating Resistance Alloy

Properties:

This alloy contains high percent of Chrome and Aluminum. Its surface oxidizing layer has good chemical stability and is high resistant to oxidation and corrosion. With high resistivity ups to 1.60μΩ·m, it’s very efficient to transform energy. Besides, it possesses the properties of high surface charge but low density, long life but low price, and high operating temperature.

Applications:

It’s widely used in various types of industrial resistance furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, large-power and high-temperature radiation tubes, loaded resistors of power engine, lifting and transporting machine, household electrical appliance and heating resistance elements in various types of electric heaters and machine tools.

 

 

NiCr(Fe) Heating Resistance Alloy

Properties:

Austenite alloy has higher strength under high temperature, but no brittleness after being cooled. With excellent formability, weldability and plasticity during cold and hot working, it can be made into .00mm wire, ribbon or strip.

Applications:

It’s suitable for use in heating elements working under high temperature or vibrating condition, household electric appliance, electric heaters and heating resistance elements in various types of electric heaters and machine tools.
