The
JF-30A is a newly developed high speed filling machine that offers
benefits such as high efficiency filling, stable product quality,
high cleanliness, easy operation and adjustment. Therefore, it is
recognized as the highest standard filling machine with the most
advanced features.
The
filling process operates as follows:
The
inner and outer feeding tubes are inserted into the metal tubes
while the helix coil is in the central apart of the tubes. MgO
powder is fed from the hopper into the tubular elements through the
space between the inner and outer feeding tubes under vibration.
During the lifting of the feeding tubes, the space of the tubular
elements will gradually be fully filled from the bottom to the top
terminal with
the MGO powder. The helix coil is always centered on the elements in
its axis.

New MgO filling mechanism to enhance filling speed . The system
consists of precise mechanisms that can speed up the MgO filing and
at the same time offer reliable flow control of MgO powder during
the process.

Fine-tune automatic control technology helps to compact MgO powder
firmly within tubes. The system monitors and adjusts lift speed
during filling and pause the lifting when it reaches tube ends for
different situations.

Convenient motorized adjustment and tuning. Tube end position and
“coil hooking” location are self adjusted based on different tube
and terminal pin lengths.

New motorized vibratory system to provide high stability and
reliability. To overcome the adjustment difficulties and filling
instability of the traditional magnetic vibratory device, the new
system can maintain a stable and constant vibration even during
changes in vibration frequency. Adjustment in vibration frequency
can be made by changing motor speed while vibration amplitude can be
altered by adjusting the vibration mechanism.

More even MgO powder density within tubes. The vibration increases
gradually during the lifting of feeding tubes to guarantee
consistent MgO density at each stage.

Vibratory system location can be changed based on different tube
length to achieve better filling result.
