The machine is designed for numerous heat treatment processes for
our electric heating elements. According to different tube materials
and product specifications, they can be heated under a wide range of
temperature with shield gas to achieve various desired effects and
properties such as bright annealing, black oxidation, etc. The
machine consists of a feeding platform, heating zones, a cooling
zone, and a conveyor system with high-heat resistant steel belts
that transports tubing into / out of the furnace to complete the
process.
Operating process is as follows:
The tubing is fed to the feeding platform and conveyed to the
pre-heating zone, heating zone, cooling zone by two metal drum
rollers that are motivated by variable frequency motors. The system
utilizes Ammonia (Nitrogen and Helium gases ) as the shield gas.
Under the allowable operating temperature of 700-1150oC,
the heat treatment processing time is controlled and adjusted by
changing the speed of the conveyor belt to achieve desired results
such as annealing, brazing, black oxidation, etc.
The QTL-200 Gas Shield Annealing Furnace offers the following
features:

Non-stop operating mode. Finished products are continuously brought
out from the furnace by a conveying belt. On volume production, the
process should keep flowing as long as products are being fed into
the feeding platform.

Maintain Stainless Steel original color with an additional bright
shinny surface after the annealing process.

This machine can be widely applied in brazing, annealing, tempering
and metallurgy etc for steel and stainless steel products.

Annealing time and temperature can be adjusted based on different
product materials. The furnace provides wide adjustment range to
fulfill different heat treatment requirements.

Speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by variable frequency
motors thru specially designed transmission gearbox to facilitate
smooth and stable conveying speed.

Three heating zones with evenly distributed heating power.
Independently adjustable temperature is available for three zones.

Specially design furnace door to insure adequate supply of shield
gas that helps
achieving high annealing quality. |
