l TH-1
annealing machine can raise the metal tubes’ temperature
quickly by inputting low voltage but large electric current,
and then cool them in the air after the power is off. The
purpose of annealing is realized in this way. TH-1
annealing machine is one of the major equipments for
manufacturing heating tubes. The extension rate of the
annealed part will be raised so that the tubes could be
easily bent. The sheath material could be ranging from
common carbon steel, stainless steel, copper to aluminum.
The
guide rail has two pairs of electric poles with one pair on
the left and the other on the right. The distance between
the two pairs is just the length of the annealed part. The
length could be adjusted by removing the electric poles.
After pushing the “START” button(or Foot Switch), the
cylinder will drive the upper pole downwards to press the
sheath onto the lower pole, and finish the annealing process
by turning on and cutting off the power then resetting
automatically.
It’s
easy to change the voltage and power of the working
transformer by exchanging the primary and secondary wiring
to anneal tubes of different materials and lengths.
