Automatic
coiling machines RS-5 is such an equipment which can make the metal
wire into helix form; it is suitable to make the resistance wire
into a regular length of piece in helix form.
The
operating process of the machine is that: the resistance wire on the
wire spool is lead on to the arbor through the metering wheel, then
by the aid of the coiling rolls it is wound as a helical coil. The
coil is pushed forward from the arbor and cut into a regular length
continuously by the cutting unit.
The
type of RS-5 is our fifth generation of this machine. The coiling
rolls of the machine near the arbor can be staggered each other and
its inclination with the axis of the main spindle can be adjusted
according to your desire in order to let the inclination angle of
the rolls match the helix angle of the coil. The coiling rolls are
driven by the main spindle through the friction rolls, its linear
velocity can also be modified as similar as the winding velocity of
the coils. These new characteristics have ensured reliable assurance
for producing the resistance coil in a good quality.
There
are two groups of numerical value that can be preset in visual
coder, when the length of the wire reaches the first group of the
set value, a small piston jacks up the wound coil, and a cutter
blade is inserted into it; as soon as it reaches the second group of
the value the wire is cut off by the cutter. These two movements can
almost be finished in a very short time without an interval, that
which ensures both the smoothness of the cutting-ends and the
accuracy of the resistance value of the coil. This machine has a
twin-wire winding function, and is high automatic, normally it is
not necessary for people to take care of it once being accurately
