It
is essential for tubular elements production to
rapidly, consistently and firmly weld the heating
alloy or connector tabs onto the terminal pins. DH-3
spot welding machine solve the welding problem
between different types of heating alloys and
terminal pins, connector tabs and terminal pins.
DH-3
discharge the large current stored in the capacitor
rapidly through the electric switch circuit towards
the welding transformer. The current is highly
centralized at the welding point to heat up and melt
the place quickly then weld it firmly.
The surface of welded part won’t turn black but keep
natural color because of its high resistance to
oxidation. Welding power and working pressure could
be easily adjusted and effectively locked for a long
time once adjusted. DH-3 is suitable for
massproduction for its easy operating and uniformly
welding advantages.
