ZG-3A Tube Mill is used to produce different types of tubes by rolled forming and TIG welding processes. After updated several times, it offers a high efficiency and precise method to manufacture quality metal tubing. The standard installation of the machine consists of a feeding machine, condenser spot welding machine, welding machine, cutting machine, straightening machine and a receiving tray for the finished tubing.
　　Operating process: Metal strip is fed to the welding machine and pressed into tube form by rollers then TIG welded. Precisely rounded, the tube is cut by cutting machine according to the pre-set tube length (controlled by length measuring machine) then straightened.
