　　The ZGQW-1000 is our newly developed automatic tube cutting machine offering high efficiency and stable quality features that fit the requirements for volume production.
　　The ZGQW-1000 automatic tube cutting machine operates as follows:
　　Feeding mechanism uploads heating elements onto the rack and tube ends are automatically calibrated to match and cut. The tubes are later conveyed to the pin cutting process where the terminal pin are cut based on preset length. The rack finally brings the tube to the last process which removes excess MgO powder at both tube ends. Final products are finished and brought out from the machine by the rack. The cycle automatically repeats itself.
　　The ZGQW-1000 automatic tube cutting machine provides the following features:
